A Focus on posture and core is needed for Adison Phillips with his CP. A curvature continues and if not corrected will only inhibit him from strengthening other muscle groups.
We focused today on repitions with the ability to keep posture with slight curvature but not with what he started with.
Point 👉 one can think their doing great at exercising but if form isn't focused on injury, or lack of training proper muscle groups is all one is doing.
To succeed it's ok to take time just to focus on placement technique :) .
