Our Story

Do you have a desire to get curious and in touch to how you stand in the world and your relationships?

Body-Centered Experiential Psychotherapy (Hakomi) can bring healing and insight to nourish wounded parts of yourself, and expand parts of yourself longing for attention and connection. This 'self-study' will allow the process of your 'self' to unfold, healing old wounds--allowing you and your spirit to feel 'alive', joyful and connected. Your body and soul will thank you!!

I am an advanced student of the Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and invite warmth, safety and partnership into therapy as you move toward healing-- feel more joy, creativity, light, well being and a sense of groundedness in your life and relationships as you shed old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. Become attuned to all parts of yourself using mindfulness as a tool to slow down and study your experiences. Your body has great wisdom when we are able to 'stay with' our experience to receive its messages--how you may hold your shoulders, or use a particular gesture, or have a felt sense about things will provide insight to patterns that empower or disempower how you relate to the world. Through studying these experiences allows for insight, choice, and freedom in the present moment to heal and grow.

We're on this journey together as we explore non-judgmentally and with kindness toward ourselves and whatever experience longs to emerge.
