Our crews have been hard at work around the clock working on our new building, to get it ready to move in. We would like to thank everyone that has been involved in this project.

It takes great employees to make a great company. During the holidays our employees never disappoint. This year Preferred Management chose to adopt Griffin Pond Animal Shelter for our annual donation recipient. As expected, our staff stepped up to the plate in a huge way. We were able to deliver a full truckload of supplies to the shelter this morning. We even threw in some lunch for the great employees and volunteer staff at the shelter. We are proud every day of the great people that work for us, its events like this that just reaffirm what we see every day. Thank you to our staff, and to the employees and volunteers at the shelter. We hope today brought a smile (or tail wag) to everyone involved

Preferred Management Associates, AAMC began operations on December 15, 2012. Although Preferred Management is a young company, the partners of the firm hold over 45 years of combined experience in the Community Association Industry. Our clients range from a 9-unit condominium association to a 900-unit residential lot community. They range from predominantly full time residents to a mixture of part time and rental units.
Our Management Team is comprised of corporate employees that work from our main office in Gouldsboro, PA as well as on-site staff at various communities throughout a 5-county area.
Our Administrative Team is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm; although, our Management Team is available 24/7 for urgent situations.
