כל חיי עסקתי בתנועה, בגוף ובחלל. רקדתי מגיל 12, לימדתי מחול שמונה שנים, ותרגלתי טאי צ'י וצ'י קונג כשש שנים. למדתי עיצוב תיאטרון (באוניברסיטת תל אביב) וסיימתי את המ. א. שלי בהצטיינות.
ואז נחשפתי ליוגה.
החוויה היתה מאוד משמעותית עבורי. הרגשתי שמצאתי תורת חיים שלמה

Ganda Bherundasana - only you can understand how much effects you have invested into the yoga subject. Our offerings are many times pieces of art. dresses which are now in the museum: are unbelievably difficult to make. I’m sure I’m not even aware how much😅

Urdhva Dhanurasana - back of the head on top of a chair.
Yesterday assist a practitioner with shoulder blade + arm pain, by placing the head on the chair. Many times the pain is felt in a different place from its root….
The more you explore the more you learn.

The devotees of Hanuman, mark his birth date with prayers & fasting in his honor.
Hanuman is a Hindu god and a divine monkey, that assists Rama in his searches of his wife Sita.
I’m hanging down the ropes because it captures the monkey sprite the most ❤️

Hanumanasana - again🤦♀️?!
Curiosity to explore each asana from inside out is a key to deepen into the yoga subject.
Hanumanasana- I’m experimenting this one daily for years. There are many different ways, and today I placed the quarter round for back frontal thigh to roll it in & up.
How do you like to practice Hanumanasana?
You don’t like?
Why should you listen to your mind who tells you to avoid it? Is it too intense? Is it too much of a stretch? Is everything else in your life easy???
The mind tendency is to be closer to the body and not to the Self (the soul). The mind is dragged by the senses of perception. Therefore the mind is interested in what it see, like a beautiful car. Wants tasty food. Crave for a great smell or the feeling of your friends soft sofa.
When we practice a challenging pose (and Hanumanasana is challenging for me), the mind tries to drag you towards bhoga (enjoyment). If you are interested in apavarga (liberation). If you are interested in trying to find peace and quiet in your own self. To feel content. Then the intelligence should remind you how to practice each pose with alignment and not to be influenced by the mind.
Practice your challenging pose in different ways & use your senses of perception to explore it with you. Don’t leave your senses of perception out. If you do so, you will not be able to deepen your practice. You will not be able to practice on your own at all. I’m going for a verity in my practice to insure my senses avoid dragging my mind out. If my sense drag me out, then I can’t stay on my mat. Ill be dragged by the mind & it’s desires.
Asana chances the frame of reference, and the verity of asanas help you to do that. Abhijata.

Hanumanasana - a new bench joined my studio. Do you remember the feeling of receiving a new toy? So that’s how I feel. It brings new ideas for my practice.
