Late post... I received this awesome card from a family that moved from San Diego to Jacksonville. It also came with a gift card! I had the pleasure of assisting them in their purchase of a brand spanking new home built by Richmond American Homes.
Some back story--As they were in San Diego, they had no way to keep tabs on how the construction was going. I gladly became their eyes and ears. I forwarded photos of different stages of the build out (I tried to give weekly updates). I was in close contact with the on-site agent. I attended the pre-inspection and inspection. I treated this like I was the one buying the home--so I tried to be as thorough as possible--inspecting every little thing. In the end, the Prieto family is now in Jacksonville and has moved in their beautiful home!! Side note--One of the nicest family one can ever meet.
