Who Refuses To Sign Legal Documents After They Are Prepared? 03/04/2024

Estate planning lawyers often face the challenge of clients avoiding important legal documents. The link below highlights the case of EW, who was hesitant to confront her mortality and husband's health decline. Having a strategy in place is crucial, especially for solo agers or childless couples. Designating a trusted friend to act on your behalf in times of incapacity is vital. Don't wait until it's too late - plan ahead and protect your future.

Who Refuses To Sign Legal Documents After They Are Prepared? Too many people get wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives drawn up and then fail to sign them. Here's how to get past that.

You have probably been wondering why we have been sharing posts about a Dombrance concert.

About a year ago, the team at Oath embarked on a journey to find a deeper purpose beyond just our success as an estate and financial planning firm. We wanted to make a real impact in our communities, going beyond the scope of our traditional services.

In a series of events, our founder, Rod Yancy, had a conversation with none other than the legendary . Inspired by his words, Rod set out on a mission to advocate for ending the death penalty and promoting responsible justice in Oklahoma.

But we didn’t stop there. We reached out to an artist Rod admires, Dombrance, known for his incredible music and lighthearted political satire. Despite our lack of experience in concert promotion, we were determined to make a difference.

With unwavering belief in the Oath team, we convinced Dombrance to join forces with us for a charity concert in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And guess what? In just five weeks, we pulled off an unforgettable event!

Together, we raised funds for a good cause, introduced , and music to a new audience, and had an amazing party!

Follow and for more exciting initiatives from Oath as we continue to make a difference in our communities!

What If You’re POA, But Aging Parents Resist You Doing The Job? 12/03/2024

When it comes to financial decisions and safeguarding your assets, a Power of Attorney (POA) is a vital component of your estate plan. Your POA is entrusted with significant responsibilities, stepping in to make decisions when you may not be capable. It's crucial for them to be well-informed about their obligations. Knowledge is power, and in this case, it ensures that your wishes are honored and your affairs are managed with care.

We are obsessed with the exquisite details of our door's hardware! 😍🚪 The sunburst deco design is just a glimpse of the stunning vibes waiting for you as you step into our main space. ✨

Gold was a popular choice during the Art Deco era. The movement embraced luxurious and opulent elements, and the use of gold contributed to the overall lavish and extravagant aesthetic that characterized the Art Deco style. It was featured in various forms, including gold-plated finishes, gilded accents, and gold leaf applications on furniture, architecture, jewelry, and other decorative arts.

We're excited to incorporate it into our space!
