It's getting to be that time of the year again. We really enjoy making these Halloween LightBoxes. 🎃 Please don't forget that we can make almost any kind of LightBox (LB). The Neillsville Girls Volleyball Team all wanted Volleyball and Jersey Keyrings made. I was sent a couple of laser engraved pictures to go by, but we decided that they would look way better carved using my CNC Router. My wife painted them and I sanded them and applied numerous light coats of a semi gloss polyurethane. The girls love the way the Keyrings turned out! We can also apply this same concept to any type of sporting event. So, send us a message if you have a sport enthusiast that would enjoy having something like this.

This Dice Baseball Game has a topcoat of semi-gloss polyurethane and we used blue decals for the dice on this one. I think the color adds a bit to it. This one also has the keyhole hanger routered into the back so it can be hung on the wall like a plaque until needed for the next "World Series"

Someone asked if I could build a "Yooper" Rock LightBox. (Yooper rocks are found only in the U.P. of Michigan and "glow" under UV Light). I designed and built a LightBox with a plexiglass front and I designed it so the actual light can be removed from the top so your Yooper Rocks can be arranged for the best light affect. She arranged her rocks and sent me a picture. She said "The picture doesn't do it justice". We Sure enjoy designing and building unique items.

Brittany from Dittman Farm asked me if I could redo their main sign. I told her no problem. We ended up using edge glued and doweled solid Tamarack, which is about 1.25 inches thick. The plexiglass ended up being very close to flush, which will help keep it watertight. The Tamarack has numerous coats of a UV resistant polyurethane. Feel free to drop us a line if you are in need of any type of sign.

I was fortunate enough to be given the task of making the Float Award Ribbons for this year's Neillsville Heritage Days Parade (2024). They turned out great! These are some unique Clocks I have made recently. I'm in the process of designing a "green" farm tractor one and also one using color vinyl decals depicting different PBR containers. Someone needed Names carved in Canoe Oars and they also decided on a Crappie Carving as well. They turned out great. They plan on hanging these outside as a decoration.

Here is the US Flag Fish Clock. This one turned out as good as the Gun Clock.
I like that this mechanism incorporates a second hand. This is a Father's Day present as well. I know there is someone out there that has a different idea for the "NUMBERS" of a clock. Don't hesitate to reach out to us and give us a try to make that clock vision a reality.

Someone needed a Father's Day present made. She didn't really know what she wanted, so I suggested a clock but, instead of using numbers, we use different guns. Someone needed a Memorial Plaque designed and made. I think it turned out great. I love the way it actually looks like the branch "broke" from the tree. Feel free to send us a message if you need something made and even personalized.

Looks like it's about Dandelion Bouguet season again. Don't forget, these can be used year after year. It's a great way to get the kids outside looking for different flowers to use. Also, a good way to get them in the habit of giving flowers to the loved ones in their lives--even after they grow up and have kids of their own.

Someone wanted Name Wall Signs built for their Daughter's room. These are carved using my CNC Longmill Router and made out of pre primed 1/2 inch thick MDF. The middle name is about 20 inches long and the first name is about 36 inches long. These can be either left with the face white and the edges the light brown MDF color or you can paint them whatever color matches your decor. We recently had a Grandmother ask if we could carve on the back of a Toddler Teddy Bear Rocker. We said "no problem". They have more than one Granchildren, so they wanted the Rocker to be handed down from one child to the next. I love how the carving turned out. It's easy to read, but at the same time, blends in to the back as well.

There will be another happy little girl enjoying her new Toddler Teddy Bear Rocker soon. I have been sent pictures of some of the children sitting in their chairs. Feel free to message us if you would like a Rocker for the little one in your life.
