Hey 4 The Love of Hair by Liz fans, I have been in contact with StyleSeat over the last two days and there are a couple of new things that will be happening soon. Effective immediately the additional charges that are placed on bookings for spots that are a little bit more popular will now be taken off. Some of you may have noticed that styleseat was charging an extra 20% when you book a spot in a popular time slot on my schedule. I do not run my business this way and I do not charge people extra because it happens to be an appointment spot that’s open on a busier day. Also, addressing the lack of confirmation text messages and emails, StyleSeat showed me that they already know of this as it is a bug they are trying to fix on their end. She is encouraged me and all other users to make sure that we have the most updated version of StyleSeat. if you are a client and you currently use StyleSeat app for booking appointments with me please make sure that you have the most updated version.
