SUMMARY

A Real Estate Content Specialist is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: photography, videography, Zillow 3D tour, aerial drone operation, file management, etc. A Real Estate Content Specialist at Seven Roads utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and core values of the company. They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management.



We are looking for someone who is ready to hustle, and join a growing media company that focuses on our client’s success. You must include your resume, cover letter, and references.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D services on site for clients.

- Upload footage and communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members.

- Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.

- Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner.

- Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.

- Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.

- Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.

- Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.

- Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually.

- Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades.

- Participate in training and development opportunities.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills.

- Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must.

- FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred.

- Canon equipment preferred.

- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite

- Experience with Final Cut Pro X

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

- Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.

Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical.

The pay rate for this position is $16 an hour and will be full-time.

A positive attitude is also a requirement, as we are a very energetic, friendly team — our clients tell us one of the reasons they choose us is because of our great customer service, so that is always at the top of our list.

You’ll work independently capturing media for our stellar clients, strategizing, as well as communicating with our team to assure we are working together efficiently.

As a Seven Roads Media videographer/photographer, you will play a critical role in capturing and creating content to increase brand awareness for Seven Roads Media and their clients. It is essential that the Videographer/Photographer Intern have a vision and think bigger picture. The intern will gain media production experience for clients in various industries while creating brand awareness for Seven Roads Media. This position offers the opportunity to learn the skills needed to create content and tell a story to a broad audience.

As part of the Seven Roads Media team, you will be helping to foster and support an inclusive creative community by creating an open, accessible, and welcoming environment for creatives of all backgrounds and experience levels across the region. You will also gain experience working hands on with projects of various complexity.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate needs to have the go-getter personality. Always consider the entire picture when starting new projects. This person’s motto might be “I don’t understand everything, but I know I can do it.” An adventurous individual and fears almost nothing, and approaches tasks with an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities of the Social Media/Marketing/Content Creator Intern are, but not limited to the following:

A 3-month commitment

Create content/stories

Capturing photos and videos

Editing all media files

Working directly with clients, assisting on video/photo shoots, creating proposals/storyboards.

Required Skills:

Working experience with a camera and media editing software. Having your own camera equipment is preferred.

Proficient in graphic design [Adobe CC] video editing software [FCPX, Adobe Premiere, After Effects]

Excellent verbal and written communication
