What can I do if my front steps are sinking?
We've been in the foam jacking business since 2013. Our knowledge of how to build homes goes back even further. The answers we found for fixing sinking front steps were surprising. And what we saw online could only have come from someone with limited knowledge of how to fix this problem accurately. That is the challenge when trying to do research online. You have a question, and you search for answers on Google. You believe you have found the answer when you find what you seek. Because the information you find online must be accurate, right? We now know that searches are filled with inaccurate information and inexperienced opinions. Read More>>> https://rpb.li/eF6Q

This is a VOID. And we can do something about it.
noun
1. 1.
a completely empty space.
"the black void of space"
Similar: gap, empty space, space, blank space, blank. vacuum
We appreciate the engineering of this “ramp” into the driveway. Now is the time to get those concrete slabs back into their rightful place and use that wood for something more productive!
A sinking and cracked sidewalk indicates a void under the concrete. If not lifted, the sidewalk could continue to sink, and the cracks can turn the concrete into a broken mess.
Call us at (816) 419-8306 before it’s too late and more expensive!
Warning. Warning. Tripping hazard ahead!
That top step is higher than the steps below because of the sunken steps. It is also not ADA-compliant. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, stairs must have 4–7-inch risers and treads at least 11 inches deep. Now you know! And if your steps need lifting, you know who to call!
Thank you for the amazing recommendation!
This is a good ‘bird's eye view” of a driveway that needs a little TLC- Tremendous Lifting Correction. From this view, you know there is a decent-sized void under those slabs. We are just the local, small business specializing in lifting concrete with ONLY polyurethane foam in Kansas City! Call for a quote!
If you own a small business and office from home, ask your accountant about deducting the cost of lifting your concrete driveway slabs back into place! As a home-based business, you can deduct a portion of all your maintenance costs!
It’s not too late to get your driveway raised! Or you can let one more season of melting snow trickle into those cracks, potentially creating more of a void under the concrete. A more considerable void = more material to raise and lift back into place. And more material = more $$.
Get your driveway lifted before the ground freezes. Call us at (816) 419-8306.
