In case you missed my show at Art Plus Gallery during August, below are a few of the new pieces I made recently. I was pushing myself to figure out new methods and techniques I have never tried before. I feel over all- it was a success.
The balloons are going to New Mexico to our daughter's home!

With Art Plus Gallery – I just made it onto their weekly engagement list by being one of their top engagers! 🎉

Working at the Goggleworks on Monday, we fired up the vitrograph kiln. So much fun! I loaded a huge flowerpot with scrap glass in blue, yellow and clear glass.
Next a kiln, looming above my head was fired up with my pot inside. The holes in the bottom of the kiln allowed a flow in a stream of hot molten glass.
Every 8" or so, we cut the glass off so we had manageable pieces. These are so cool and are on their way to being used in many ways in my studio!

My show at the Art Plus Gallery Featured Exhibit Wing (FEW) is going great! Had many people come through and comment on my works during my opening reception.

Made this beautiful classy piece the other day. I love opening the kiln lid and seeing whats inside! Black and white all the way! Bowl is 14" round and supper heavy/strong. Your fruit salad, cheese and dip or potato chips would look super in this beauty! Or just throw your keys in it!

Beautiful wall hanging in Blue, rust and yellow. Gold accent surrounds the larger shapes. Made with mostly frit (crushed glass) on 11" round circle. Comes complete with hanging system. DM for price.

Have a new piece- just out of the kiln! Its very cool, made with clear glass and transparent glass circles of different sizes. It has a gentle curve to give it depth. Glass makes a unique wall hanging!
Overall, it is 13" round and comes complete with a hanger system.

Just love the colors and unique glass I can get to make these lovely pendants! Hand-made by local glass blowers, I then cut, shape and fire in the kiln to get a super shiny surface! Check them out! One-of-a-kind!
All are being added to my FB catalog, where you can see them along with my many other glass offerings!

Recently made a few new recycled blown glass pendants with chains.
These are made by giving new life to blown glass that is misshapen or broken and thrown in the trash. The glass is then cut, shaped and has dichroic glass added (to some) to make into fabulous, one-of-a-kind jewelry! Goldtone or silvertone over bronze, hypoallergenic.

Creative juices are flowing again........had a short break where I was preparing a lot of glass to be fired.
Anyway, this guy came out of the kiln after being slumped! Happy with the results! Its a blue/red back with a white front. Its cool how the blue/red show through a bit of white in some spots. I didn't think I would like the white, but it looks really cool hanging on my blue wall. This gizmo measures 13"X 9" and comes complete with hanger to adorn your walls!

Lost a whole month due to a hacker in my PC!
Been teaching a few students. Totally enjoying that! Consider coming to my Boyertown studio to take some lessons. Its very rewarding work!
Below is a sample of an s-Curve I recently made in the studio. The glass is out of this world! Browns to buff colors. This item comes complete with the stand and mini flowers in the pockets. In my retail stores next week!

Doing interesting things in glass! Memorialize a loved on or pet in glass!
This happens to be cremains of a relative! The small spot in the solid red glass is where the cremains are inserted between 2 pieces of glass and fired to high temp creating 1 solid piece of glass.
Beautiful heart with red/clear glass on the bottom holds a tiny amount of cremains! Comes with a hangers and chain for displaying in a window or sitting in a stand. DM for pricing.
