Hey guys!! Sorry for the last minute fail today! I was supposed to have a babysitter and then didn’t, Charlee was not having it around class time and was being a bit fussy/hungry and I completely lost track of time!!

But everything is all good and I will be back Thursday! Thank you for being understanding and going with the flow! First week back to work as a mom was bound to have some kind of craziness to it!!

Charlee is normally sleeping at that time but you know her schedule changes ever few weeks as she get bigger, so if all else fails I will put her in her carrier and she can join us!

I am making the executive decision to give myself and my little bump the day off tomorrow 5/13 from DTD class as well (due to us being on vacation in FL)! Danny and I have some mid-day plans for tomorrow afternoon and unfortunately they will more than likely conflict with class!

I hope everyone understands and is ok with tuning into facebook and following along to a pre-recorded class instead...or even enjoying sometime outside and getting a nice walk in as an alternative!

Just go to "videos" on this page for several of our previous classes, which will still give you a great workout and you will still get to hear my lovely voice in the process!

I appreciate you guys being so flexible and allowing my to enjoy some relaxation time with my husband before baby Martin arrives in July! See you guys back in action next Tuesday 5/18. If you would please respond to this email so I know you guys got it!
