Two of my Halloween favorites! ❤️❤️
Enjoy everyone.
Last week one of my clients finished her coaching package and we got to spend the entire session celebrating ALL of her successes.
Here are just two of my favorites:
1) "I'm more gentle with myself.” This was her observation about her mental transformation from coaching.
2) Her Level of Fun and Enjoyment in life went from a 3 out of 10 to an 8 out of 10!!!
Do you need to be more gentle with yourself? Are you ready to have more FUN and enjoyment in your life?
Coaching works.
I would love to partner with you on your transformation journey. Schedule a no-commitment complimentary conversation to learn more.

The Best way to start a Monday is to give our week to the Lord. ❤️
Proverbs 3:5-6
YES! Yes, I am. :)
Happy Friday everyone.
Are you organized? Patient? Creative? Do you excel at communication or computers? What are YOUR strengths?
Did you know that according to Gallup research people who use their strengths and talents everyday are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life?
Here are three ways that you can live out of your strengths.
1) Know Them - You can't live out of your strengths if you don't know what they are. Take time to reflect on what your strengths might be. Take assessments such as Strength Finders or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Or you can simply explain that you are trying to improve your quality of life by leaning into your gifts and ask those closest to you.
2) Find Ways to Use Them - Expand your work duties to areas that utilize your strengths. Volunteer outside of work in areas that match your giftings and abilities. You can also determine to utilize your strengths in your personal relationships.
3) Outsource Weaknesses - In order to create time to live out of your strengths, you sometimes need to outsource your weaknesses. Swap with a friend. Split duties or tasks with your spouse. Change positions or roles in order to remove areas that aren't a great match with your strengths.
Find little ways everyday to live out of your strengths. Do what you do best!! You benefit - and all those around you benefit too.
Today I got to speak at a professional development day for teachers. I LOVE getting to educate, empower and equip others to live their very BEST. Today's topics were stress reduction and self-care.

Implicit in taking care of ourselves is the ability to set healthy boundaries around our "Yes" and our "No." We want to ensure that every "Yes" is a conscious, intentional decision. Let's choose our "Yes" responses wisely and with discernment. ❤️
Someone needs this reminder today.....
Self-care is NOT selfish.
Self-care is recharging your emotional batteries.
Self-care is putting healthy boundaries into place.
Self-care is executing healthy lifestyle practices.
Self-care equips you to give the world the BEST of you, instead of what's left of you.
Many are on fall break this week - or are returning from fall break. This is just a sweet reminder to soak up those memories and moments. It's also an amazing way to "show up" at work and for your people.
Let's be PRESENT this week.
Fall break a few years ago... love these three!
I love this quote! It's never too late to improve ourselves. We can make great even better.
