We've had a couple of inquiries of late from folks who are looking for a place as a base for their food truck or looking for a certified kitchen (we are!) they can use on a part-time basis to make their own branded products they can sell to retailers. (Cottage laws disallow that which is a big step in growing your baking biz to the next phase.) Anyhow, we are happy to try to support you in our space if we can. I know that prices for most of the shared kitchens are very high usually. For the right fit, we can be very accommodating and reasonable to try to help you. Torrential downpour at 6am didn’t deter our folks onsite brewing Lone Oak Coffee and spreading our continental breakfast for a hundred lucky guest vendors! Office party? Grad party?
