Traditionally, Dentists would replace a single missing tooth with a three-unit “bridge” that was permanently cemented onto two adjacent teeth. Unfortunately, this procedure sacrifices the adjacent tooth structure to make room for the metal/porcelain superstructure. Also, 50% of dental bridges last ten years. This means that half only last ten years due to fracture, recurrent decay, or periodontal problems.
The dentistry of today offers dental implants as an option to fill the space and replace the missing tooth. We are able to conserve all of the tooth structure on the adjacent teeth when the implant is placed in the missing space. Implants and their implant crowns have a much higher success rate than traditional fixed bridges – success rates of up to 95% for most cases.

Our Story
Dental Office of Dr. Clark Damon, DDS.
Started in 1980 by Dr. Stewart and known as the Texas Denture Clinic, we have focused on the needs of denture patients and the premier provider of Dentures in Fort Worth and have been Fort Worth’s go to office for dentures and same day reline and repairs.
Fast forward to TODAY - since taking the practice over in early 2013, Dr. Damon has changed the name to Texas Denture Clinic and Implant Center. We were Fort Worth’s first true Dental Implant Center combining the restorative dental office, surgical suite, and dental lab. Currently over 40% of our treatments involve the “Teeth in a Day” concept. Dr. Damon has treated hundreds of arches of “All on Four” and is a lecturer for Nobel Biocare - the dental implant company who developed the All on Four treatment concept in 1993. We have been treating All on Four arches since 2013 and our practice has grown treating this growing demand. Offering our Patient’s Treatment Options- Dr. Damon is a firm believer in “There is not just one way to do something.” When patients are facing tooth loss, failing dentitions, cancer, or just a mouth full of bad teeth patients have options that range from dentures to permanent dental implants. These fees can range from $ 5,000 - 40,000, and everything in between. We want patients educated to their treatment, and to be comfortable in what they are spending. When you meet Dr. Damon or Dr. Blankenship they will listen to your concerns and help formulate plans that can meet your needs.
Office Advancements - Many of our advancements over other offices are derived from our IN HOUSE LAB, which benefits implant and denture patients. As well, Dr. Damon offers many advanced dental implant therapies such as - All on Four, Teeth in a Day, Trefoil Dental Implant Concept, and Zygoma dental implants. All of our treatments happen under IV Sedation so you are comfortable and asleep for the surgery. More specific advancements: Same Day Denture Repair and Relines, In house Denture Lab, Our final “All on Four” products are made out of zirconia and porcelain for strength and esthetics, we have NO BONE implant therapies, and IV Sedation available in the office.
