So it’s pretty clear I have a huge passion for health & fitness . . .I have since I was little! I love strong, I love pushing myself, I love sweating {weird, I know}, I love helping others in their journeys - but y’all . . . I also freaking l♥️ve S U G A R.

I was introduced to a plan - that ❌doesn’t include weighing food, counting calories or hitting macros {because let’s be real ~ I won’t even entertain it if that’s the case} & I have many friends that have broken through many unhealthy habits & the guilt-association with food, with this plan AND are losing the weight and keeping it off! Better gut health, breaking plateaus, healthier immunity, gaining lean muscle . . . !

Y’all message me all the time asking for advice {and I LOVE it}, SO, we started a private Facebook group to educate others on how to increase their metabolism, kill the sugar addiction & lose those pounds for good; without dieting.

DIY Unicorn drink 🦄 using our delicious SHAKE!!

Recipe:

✅1 Scoop of Vanilla It Works Shake!
✅1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
✅1 cup of Frozen Raspberry
✅1 Handful of Blueberries
✅2 tbs of Strawberry Greek Yogurt
✅2 Cups of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Optional Blue Drizzle:

✅1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
✅2 drops of Blue food coloring

Optional Chocolate Bark:

✅2 11 oz bags of White Chocolate Chips
✅4 drops of blue food coloring
✅5 drops of purple food coloring
