Starting today, The Village’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for mental health is now available in both hybrid and fully remote formats!
If traditional outpatient methods haven’t met the level of support you need, our IOP can provide help, guidance, and hope. Our program offers a safe and supportive environment where you can stabilize symptoms, develop problem-solving and coping skills, and learn to build and maintain a healthy support network.
In-person sessions are held at The Village, 2701 12th Ave. S., Fargo, Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Or, with remote options, you can receive the support you need from the flexibility and comfort of your own home.

🎤 Jara Enger is an Account Executive at The Village Family Service Center. Jara is passionate about enhancing lives through the Village Employee Assistance Program (EAP). She shares her personal mental health journey to help others feel comfortable seeking help. Her mission is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable asking for help. Jara loves the connectedness of the FMWF community and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.
🎤 Kate Molbert is the COO at Great Plains Food Bank where she oversees numerous departments, while also driving the organization's overall strategic vision. She has extensive experience in finance, economics and business administration. Kate's favorite thing about the FMWF community is the way we band together and support each other - it's a uniquely kind and caring community.
🎤 Patti Senn is the Executive Director at Soul Solutions Recovery Center. She has over 24 years of experience in the field of addiction and recovery. She is dedicated to holistic behavioral health treatment and is a person in long-term recovery, with over 29 years of living one day at a time. Patti is a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor and serves on various boards and committees in North Dakota. In the FMWF community, Patti enjoys the people the most.

Our Story
When life’s stresses are too great, you can count on The Village Family Service Center. The Village strengthens individuals, families, and organizations through behavioral health services, including mental health counseling, youth mentoring, chemical addiction treatment, early childhood mental health, adoption, pregnancy counseling, employee assistance programs, financial counseling, and more.
We serve 15 communities in North Dakota and Minnesota, and provide services nationwide through The Village Business Institute. The Village is a non-profit; United Way and donor support help provide assistance for qualifying clients.
The Village reaches out to tens of thousands of people annually, and we are constantly adapting our services to meet the needs of modern life. These transformations are ongoing and span a multitude of areas. The Village is a place for all individuals and families regardless of their size, color, or creed. Our tradition is rich. We were founded as a home for orphaned children in 1891, and we’ve been serving our region ever since!
The Village is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), licensed by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, and is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Inc., the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, Inc., Alliance for Children and Families, and Big Brothers Big Sisters America.
