Although Baked by Alicia started in 2019 I have been in the baking and pastry industry since 2003. I began my baking education at Cabrillo Community College in Aptos, CA and then transfered to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where I earned my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. After graduating, I worked at EOS restaurant in San Francisco as an assistant pastry chef for two years.
