**Coast 2 Coast Fitness 6-Week Fat Loss Challenge**

**Challenge Overview:**

Welcome to the Coast 2 Coast Fitness 6-Week Fat Loss Challenge! This program is designed to help you shed unwanted fat, improve your overall health, and transform your body. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this challenge is for you. Our goal is to motivate and support you every step of the way as you strive to “be the change” in your life.

**Challenge Details:**

- **Duration:** 6 Weeks

- **Start Date:** [August 5th, 2024]

- **End Date:** [September 13th, 2024]

- **Location:** Coast 2 Coast Fitness

**How to Win:**

Participants will be judged based on two key metrics:

1. **Body Fat Percentage Loss:** The percentage of body fat lost over the 6-week period.

2. **Pounds of Fat Loss:** The total number of pounds of fat lost.

**Prizes:**

- **Best Male Challenger:** $250 Cash Prize

- **Best Female Challenger:** $250 Cash Prize
