Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to address a few things that have been bothering me lately. As some of you may know, I run a busy Photo Booth business and also do backdrops on the side. However, it's important to remember that Premium One Backdrops is not my full-time business, and I have a life outside of both ventures.

Lately, I've been experiencing a lot of rudeness and disrespect from some customers who associate me solely with Premium One Backdrops. I want to make it clear that such behavior will not be tolerated. Remember, you have options when it comes to choosing backdrop companies in the industry. There are several other reputable companies you can shop with.

Now, I understand that occasionally there may be a customer who is not satisfied with their order. However, it's crucial to bring any issues to my attention within 72 hours of receiving the order. Unfortunately, I can't address concerns that come up months later through a Facebook post. If it's been months since you received your order, I can try my best to assist, but my options may be limited.

I want to assure you all that I'm always available to answer phone calls or reply to emails regarding any problems you may encounter. So, before any disrespect or rudeness is displayed, please reach out to me directly so that I can swiftly address the issue. If necessary, I am more than willing to provide a resolution for your order.
