Louis Style Ribs or Baby Back Ribs by the slab, Pork Butts, Half Chickens and Boneless Turkey Breasts. Email or Text us to pre-order your meats 24 Hours in advance. We will include re-heating instructions for your convenience if needed.

Pro tip! Shrimp boil🔥over B&B Charcoal for the win! I hate to boil any kind of meat so when you need that shrimp boil flavor, marinate in a little shrimp/crab boil before you grill. 💯

We headed up to Lebanon, TN for Smoke on the Shores BBQ Championship this weekend. Friday night we 🔥 up some B&B Charcoal for the one meat rib burn. I felt like we turned in a decent Prairie Fresh rib and got our name called just inside the top 10 for 9th place out of 68 or so teams. Saturday the best we could pull off was a 7th Prairie Fresh pork! Good to see Phillip-Kathy Batson Brazier back at it, and thanks to all of the organizers for putting on another well ran contest close to home. Now it’s time to throw that award winning pork into some Brunswick Stew. Who wants a gallon?
Who likes roasted tomatillo salsa? Both of the kid’s tournaments got cancelled today so we whipped up a batch of salsa. It’s been on my to do list for a while and just haven’t gotten around to it.

Fire up a bag of B&B Charcoal and roast the first 3 ingredients. Remove and throw into blender or food processor, add as much fajita shake from Deviant Smoke Seasonings as you want and blend. Refrigerate overnight and have some legit street tacos next week!
