The Youth Advisory Council is a branch of the Sanilac County Community Foundation that was established in 1994 to build local philanthropy. It consists of 30+ Sanilac County high school students working together to: assess the needs of local youth, raise funds for specific projects, review grant applications, and participate in community volunteerism.
