Yoga classes big or small, we are a family forward setting. Children 12 and under are free and welcome to come to all classes to help make yoga more accessible. It is a great environment for kids to learn confidence, control over their bodies, and how to calm their emotions. ALL-LEVELS HATHA ALIGNMENT CLASS is replacing partner class on Friday's. It will be Hatha based, which is slower than Vinyasa. 6pm-7pm tonight! This is an all-age class. Kids 12 and under fr33. 50 and up is only 5. Parents or family members with children or a child enrolled in TKD, 5 as well.
Hatha yoga is a slower paced class style with a focus on exploring alignment, integrity, and refining your movement, typically usually targeting a specific action, intention, or activation in a certain area of the body.
This offering is a slow-paced flow with a focus on the foundations of postures. The class has a combination of mobility, strength, and alignment drills that enhance any level of practitioner interested in developing more awareness in breath and movement.

I offer the lowest class prices in the county to my knowledge. However, if you ever try a class and find that you really enjoy it, but maybe it might be a far reach financially. I am willing to work with clients to make it even more affordable. Just PM me and we can work something out! β€
Interested in taking an affordble and inclusive yoga class? I am offering a "New Year, New You" special for 1 month for only 20 for new clients. Kids 12 and under are also fr33 to come to any classes. I don't want childcare to make yoga inaccessible for families.
Therefore, having a family environment is a nice way for both child and parents to enjoy themselves. Classes also roll over to the next month if you don't use them all. Currently, I teach Hatha Yoga, which is a slower pace compared to vinyasa. Poses are held longer to increase flexibility, muscle strength, and mobility. I work with many people who have injuries, so I offer many modifications to poses. We are located right off Mile Hill Rd on Village Lane. Comment with any questions! β€πΊπΈ

Sometimes the hardest part of yoga is showing up on the mat. Yoga is all about being in the present moment. When someone is doing yoga, they focus on their breathing and their bodies. It is important to know, that you are not alone in your yoga journey. And often, the yoga pose you avoid the most you need the most.
I teach Hatha Yoga, it is slower paced and poses are held longer to help people deal with aches and pains and general effects of aging. By doing slower more meaningful movements of the body, this helps people so that they can gain the strength, mobility, and flexibility that helps them to stay active, resilient and strong.

Also, fun fact, did you know yoga means to yoke? Yoke, also means to "harness" the body. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, man & nature.
Saturday Classes Update: The last 2 classes we had went till 9am instead of 8:45am since sparring on Saturdays has moved to a later time slot. However, after chatting with students, I am going to end class at 8:45am for those students who need to leave for other engagements. However, I will stay till 9:00am and work with students who need help with perfecting poses or getting into a pose easier π
We will be open on tomorrow! Anyone who is a vet, will have a free class on me Friday & Saturday! π πΊπΈ Over half of my students are Vets and many were also anxious I was going to be closed for Veteran's Day weekend because of how much yoga has made an impact in their life. So I am open for them tonight and tomorrow morning! β€
