The role we're looking to fill is for an ambitious, already skilled, and dedicated to continuous learning individual who is excited about and capable of facilitating enrollment conversations with our future clients.
The ideal candidate has sales experience in the coaching, consulting, or online business space, has previous sales training (or is currently enrolled in one, plus we'll also train you), and has a track record of success.
This is a 100% commission-only (1099) position with an OTE potential of 5-figures per month and 6-figures per year. It will start as part-time and transition into full-time over six to 12 weeks.
You will work remotely, manage your own schedule (5 days /week), and have a great deal of flexibility.
You will talk to exceptional entrepreneurs and help them decide on the direction and strategy to achieve their business goals.
This means the ideal person we're looking for also needs to be exceptional: focused, hungry, committed, coachable (we'll provide you with world-class training.)
Finally, the person we're looking for doesn't see this as a temporary gig but desires to be a long-term member of a team inside a world-class, results-driven, passionate, and fun coaching organization.

Wanna know the key to having your biggest weeks (revenue-wise)? Actually, I'll give you three keys...
First, make yourself more valuable to your clients and CHARGE MORE for your service packages. (Simple, but most folks are too scared to do this or don't know how to do it right.)
Second, craft messages that resonate (attract) your DREAM CLIENTS and repel tire-kickers and time-wasters.
Third, CONNECT with your prospective clients! Meditating, praying, and waiting for the Universe to provide is not the same as messaging (the right way) your prospective clients and inviting them to do business with you.
Now go do the work! You and your bank account will thank me for it later. 😜
