Another reason insurance comapnies are not fond of Kia right now.

Kia recalls over 427,000 Telluride SUVs because they might roll away while parked Kia is recalling more than 427,000 of its Telluride SUVs due to a defect that may cause the cars to roll away while they’re parked.

Questions I get daily...
What is the difference between whole life and term❓️

Whole life is like owning a house🏠 you build equity as you pay (cash value💰) and can take a loan from it like an equity line of credit or cancel it and cash out like selling your home🏠. And while the policy is active you are covered.

Term is like renting you have a roof over your head while you pay💲and when your lease is up you renegotiate. Term life you have coverage during your term 10, 20, 30 yrs and then find new rates when that time is up. (Or sometimes convert to whole life)

Which one is better❓️

It depends on your needs and budget, i provide more term than whole life policies but both have a major role to play and figuring this out is why you call an agent 😁😁

Hate when clients have claims because of all the pain they go through with a loss. But I really do love being able to help them with the payout. Little over 30 days total from the date of loss and the clients claim is finished up paying out over 300k they will be able to build a brand new home 😁 (no one was injured in the house fire)

The insurance market is odd right now. SOME carriers are closing new business for the rest of the year. SOME carriers are dropping out of certain states. SOME carriers are only writing bundled business. Pretty much every carrier has requested rate increases through state insurance departments. Eventually this will level out but may take a year or so.

What to do...
For my clients if you get weird letters or rate increases that are a problem give me a call and we can review your policy and/or shop it out for you. I have a lot of options and over 15 carriers to look at.

General info when looking for a new car. I can still insure them but a lot of carriers don't like them.

Dealers still sell Hyundais and Kias vulnerable to theft, but insurance is hard to get Some insurance companies have stopped issuing new policies for models that are subject to a high rate of thefts, but consumers are still able to buy the cars.
