What's the saying? Something like "A bad day of golf beats a good day at work anytime." ASDA hosted its annual golf tournament this month where everyone was a winner. ⛳️😜 (They didn't really ditch work, class, clinic and administrative responsibilities. This was on a Saturday.) 💛💙🦷😁
Leadership. Engagement. Participation. Students show drive in many different ways.
DDS Class of 2027 completed CPR training in the David and Jo Ann Shaw Center for Simulation Training and Education for Patient Safety. (WV STEPS). It's all part of preparing them as qualified clinicians.
Saturday's weather looks comfortable. 🌤 Price improvement for participants. Good company. There's time to join the ASDA summer golf tournament.

We can enhance dental education and patient care with supporters like Dr. David and Mrs. Julia Whiston.
Dr. Whiston on giving back: “We hope that it attracts matching funds,” David said. “It’s a good time for everyone to reflect on their good fortune and the role WVU School of Dentistry has played in that good fortune. I think each of us understands that we were given a great opportunity by being accepted and educated by the WVU School of Dentistry. No one can ever really say that they did everything on their own. So, it is a good opportunity to acknowledge the help we received.”
Thank you to dedicated supporters David and Julia Whiston for a leadership gift to upgrade WVU School of Dentistry facilities. 👏
"Through their generosity and support of our University and School of Dentistry, they will continue to make a difference in the lives of our West Virginia families and those entrusted to our care.”
