Arrived very well packaged, with good assembly instructions, and just needed assistance from another person a couple times near the end of assembly. The rower is definitely heavy and appears to be well made and will hopefully last a long time. Have used a few of the different programs so far, including virtual and some of the games, and they definitely make it a little more interesting to keep you going. I just received my second software update today, and it appears they're continuing to make improvements to the software, and I'm hoping they'll keep adding additional content.
