I did about 85 consecutive days of juicing and can agree with most of these benefits. Transitioning back to food has been difficult!! It’s so so so easy to fall back into old patterns. I’m working on a plan for me to be able to sustain the benefits of juicing....I’ll let you know what I come up with 👍🏼

I have been adding chia seeds to my diet over the past several years! The health benefits are many!! There are many recipes using chia seeds, including puddings. I use them on my salads, in protein shakes & in my protein broth. Easy ways to improve our health 👍🏼😊
Who knew?? Celery juice is an excellent addition to our nutrition!! Buy organic celery (whenever possible). The flavor is superior to that of regular celery & we know no pesticides!!

Since we need to eat healthy and exercise, why not make the most of what we choose!! Planks build your core muscles and so much more!! Start out with however long you can hold it....increase from there!!
