One of Pampered Chef's little gems, The Boat Press Set, is currently in the outlet section, meaning it is discontinued. It also means that if you want it, nab it now! This tool works with the brownie pan, muffin pan and the mini loaf pan. You just press into the dough or mix before baking to create the perfect sized well to fill with your choice of goodie. My favorite use is with meatloaf in the mini loaf pan (ask me for the recipe). After baking I fill each well with mashed potatoes. I also like to make cornbread and fill with chili. And, if you have a sweet tooth like I do, it works really well to add fillings to muffins & brownies, too 😋

HA! I have another new favorite (though it's really not a new product). Pampered Chef's SNACK BAR MAKER SET rules! I love how I can make snack bars with basic ingredients that I have in my kitchen--no additives! The ones shown are made with oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and dark chocolate. Last week's bars were made with oatmeal, honey, brown sugar, melted butter, coconut, dark chocolate and dried cranberries. Our favorite is the no-bake chewy granola bars. They are SO easy to make and super delicious! I highly recommend you give it a try....you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to make exceptionally tasty, healthy snack bars (and you can make them in bulk and freeze them!).

WOW! What a delicious healthy change.... Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust! It's super tasty & easy to make.
A little change I'd recommend is to ditch the parchment paper & move the crust onto a stone after the initial baking (before adding the toppings) to get a more crispy crust.
