Back in November 2023, Sharon reached out to me via Facebook. She was struggling with her real estate business, feeling unmotivated, and questioning her path after nearly two decades in the industry. Her husband had been diagnosed with cancer again after a period of remission, leaving her as the primary provider for their family.

Keanu Charles Reeves missed the first 20 minutes of the party dedicated to the end of filming of his new film in one of the clubs in New York.
He waited patiently in the rain to be let in.
No one recognized him.
The club owner said: "I didn't even know Keanu was standing in the rain waiting to be let in - he didn't say anything to anyone."
"He travels by public transport".
"He easily communicates with homeless people on the street and helps them".
- He is only 56 years old (September 2, 1964)
- He can just eat a hot dog in the park, sitting between ordinary people.
- After filming one of the "Matrix", he gave all the stuntmen a new motorcycle - in recognition of their skill.
- He gave up most of the fee for the salaries of costume designers and computer scientists who draw special effects in "The Matrix" - decided that their share of participation in the budget of the film was underestimated.
- He reduced his fee in the film The Devil's Advocate" to have enough money to invite Al Pacino.
- Almost at the same time his best friend died; his girlfriend lost a child and soon died in a car accident, and his sister fell ill with leukemia.
Keanu did not break: he donated $ 5 million to the clinic that treated his sister, refused to shoot (to be with her), and created the Leukemia Foundation, donating significant sums from each fee for the film.

In the realm of real estate, every day presents a new battlefield, where agents face towering challenges akin to the legendary giant, Goliath. Like the valiant David, armed with nothing but determination and resilience, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵.

𝗣𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: A lone agent, standing before the colossal figure of Goliath, representing the daunting task of daily lead generation. This Goliath, with its intimidating presence, symbolizes the discomfort and reluctance that often accompany the essential act of seeking new opportunities.

Yet, in the face of adversity, the agent embodies the spirit of David, undeterred by the enormity of the task ahead. With each step forward, they wield their slingshot of perseverance, aiming for the heart of their fears and doubts.

Every rejection, every unanswered call, every moment of hesitation - 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘩, weakening its formidable resolve. Through unwavering persistence and a steadfast commitment to growth, the agent chips away at the barriers blocking their path to success.

And then, the moment of triumph arrives: Goliath falls, defeated by the relentless determination of the agent. What once seemed insurmountable now lies conquered, a testament to the power of courage and resilience in the face of adversity.

Just as 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, real estate agents confront their own giants every day. Lead generation may be our Goliath, but with perseverance as our weapon, victory is inevitable. Keep slinging those stones of determination! 🏹✨

So during my morning walk, I was taking time to reflect and simply just connect with everything that happened the day before. What went well, what I learn, what works, what didn't work, and also take a moment to be grateful for everything that I have and even grateful for the things that I don't have because those things that I don't have had taught have taught me some lessons and those lessons are serving themselves to be valuable lessons for my personal growth .

So as continued walking down the road, meditating and praying, I happen to look down and find this dollar bill. Just laying in the rain on the ground underneath a tree stump and the thought that went through my head was, “Wow, when was the last time I found money just lying around on the road?”

It happens to me, however, not that often. The one thing that I did forget and I did remember is, that as a kid, the moment I set my intention on looking for something, I would find it!

I remember growing up in Union City, New Jersey I would always find money on the ground! Maybe it was because I was just lower to the ground and I was always looking. Who knows? My whole point is even though today things may not be like the way they were when we were kids. However the same principles apply when it comes to intention. We get what we're looking for. We get what we focus our attention on the most.

So this always wakes me up to the question of what am I focusing on?

What are my intentions for today from there I started repeating my affirmation of long ago, which is money comes easily and effortlessly.

You are holding a cup of coffee ☕️ when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, causing you to spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? ""Because someone bumped into me!!!"" Nope. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee☕️ in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea .

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙪𝙩.

So...when life shakes you (and it WILL), whatever is inside you will come out.

The big question is ... ""What's in MY cup?"" When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, appreciation, love, acceptance? Hostility, anger, judgement, harsh words and exhaustion? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. Especially right now, it's so important to make sure we fill our cups with the good stuff - forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness and love for others.
