FOR NATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY:
I'd like to thank God for creating men. And women. For each other. I'm so very thankful for all the wonderful men in this world, for their strength, for our differences, and the blessings they have upon which women rely. Thank you, Men. Despite what some say, we really need you.
To preempt backlash, this is not to say that woman aren't blessed with their own unique qualities, but.... there's really no need for all the hype about woman (in my opinion) unless we're going to mention just how truly incredible it is to have men on this planet

Sending a BIG thank-you to everyone who listens to some Sherry Petta jazz here and there. Your appreciation for my music is very appreciated! 🙂

USModernist hosts different architectural guests, and as they tour magnificent homes, they found it common that jazz was usually the music of choice playing in the background. With that, they began including different musical guests for each of their podcasts. It was an honor to be included in their program where one of my songs featured was "Blue Ain't Just A Color" written by Rita Jones, a great friend and a fabulous songwriter. . . . . thanks for listening 🙂
