Historic remodel on Elk - here we go again! First asbestos and lead paint removal - then demo - then lift this building for a new foundation - follow along as we bring this iconic CB house back to life.
We’ve been late in getting our cards out this year - so instead here it is. Happy Holidays to all our family, friends/clients/colleagues/subs!! We appreciate all of you and wish everyone a wonderful Holiday and an even better 2024.
Simon deep in the footer… it’s always worse before it gets better
This beautiful marble walk-in shower is just waiting for the pretty glass.
We’ve been pretty quiet on social media as we took the last year to build our own house. It was an exhausting process but feel super excited to call this space home. Landscaping needs to fill in and we still have a few things to do. But we’re at the finish line.
We are looking forward to the next couple of years of projects that stand before us. And stay tuned as we keep you updated on those.

Pretty view of the mother rock from our small Westwall remodel.
Super fun powder room vibes. We’re excited to see this space to completion.
Heavenly - a pretty tub idea for you!
Starting to think about a cool bar/pool room design - granted this is a ping pong table….but what a chic hang space…and pretty much the coolest ping pong table I’ve ever seen.
Now this is one way to do wood! Love the herringbone floors - the white brick wall - good use of light and dark - mixed materials and textures. And once again a light fixture just bringing it all together. Well done
So many of the lights and other finishes in this space were sourced via Kim’s design center - including the exterior lights which we love!
I love this historic remodel on Elk Avenue (it’s for sale by in case you’re in the market!). This is a perfect example of how whites play tricks on you. In the summer, Classic Gray looks like a fresh bright white. But here against all this snow, it almost looks taupe. But it’s a good white in all the seasons!

While we’re comfortable in all kinds of design genres - there will always be a bit of east coast prep shining through. This space still needs art and window treatments but it’s getting there.
What a sunrise show in Buckhorn this am!
Looking forward to decorating this blank canvas. It’s in the details - beautiful reclaimed beams provided by Crawford Woodworks, custom metal railing by - pretty engineered floors purchased via - so many local subcontractors and vendors made this house possible. We’ll share more photos and as we get closer to the finish line.
These reclaimed custom vanities have become sort of standard for a lot of our projects. They just add a lot of character - we love the mix and match of old wood and beautiful raw stone like this pretty marble top - sourced from Marble, Co - can’t wait to see fixtures and mirrors all installed! Huge thanks to Slate river marble once again for stellar work. ⭐️
This kitchen and overall duplex has come a long way… still a little ways to go. But it’s amazing what paint - pretty trim and new countertops can do!!
You can kind of get a hint of what this kitchen will look like - still a ways to go with counters - appliances - backsplash - but the lights do just add that something extra. Cabinets provided by - lights and design by
Super excited about this upcoming project - starting with a new roof - and what a view.
Playing with tile design for a kids bathroom floor - think this herringbone is the winner.
Pretty excited for these deck rails to be installed. Beautiful work by local artist
Team jeffery is heading back to school. 9th, 7th and 3rd. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Drywall! Framed fireplace — starting to feel the space.
This home was such a labor of love. What an awesome opportunity for the next person to call 426 Elk home.
I need to add a small piece of art to the right of the lamp - but how sweet is this little desk area. Can’t tell from this photo but awesome views of the butte from the desk chair.
When a client asks us to build a secret door through a bathroom - we build a secret door through a bathroom. Waiting on the glass - but this should be cool.
Another piece of art by - not quite done and just getting fitted but this amazing railing will be a beautiful addition.
A wall of possibilities…
Well this is an honor. 426 Elk made the cover of Peak Magazine. We are super grateful to the amazing homeowner - and all our subs who helped us make this project what it is. ⭐️🙏🏻
