Twitter recently released the code for its open-source recommendation algorithm that leverages both collaborative filtering and natural language processing techniques.
Its “Both Birds” system uses a hybrid approach to recommend tweets, accounts, and other content to users by analyzing their interests as well as their social network.
The algorithm is designed to provide relevant and personalized content while still taking into account global trends and popular topics.
Twitter’s open source release of the algorithm is intended to help developers create more efficient, accurate, and personalized recommendation systems.

In January, Shopify removed over 300,000 hours of meeting time from their employee's calendars.
Employees were instructed to be "really, really critical" with what meetings they added back onto their calendars and most employees have respected the guideline for "no meeting Wednesdays." The change resulted in overwhelming positive feedback from Shopify employees thus far.
If your employees are inundated excessive meetings - it may be time to follow in Shopify's footsteps and purge unnecessary meetings from everyone's calendar. They used a bot to remove the recurring meetings from everyone's calendar and no doubt are leveraging Salesforce's powerful automation tools to support this effort.
