Took my tools to a friend and helped a budding baker practice her skill! Chocolate cupcakes filled with whipped chocolate ganache and frosted with chocolate buttercream. She decorated them for her brothers birthday.

Filled rolls for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Mom now travels with dough!

We traveled quite well! We’ve rested overnight and now it’s time to shape the dough.
