Maintaining good dental hygiene is essential for children, as it greatly impacts their development and overall well-being. Flossing Tip!

It is important to wash your hands before using them to floss your teeth to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria! It is recommended to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds! Singing “Happy Birthday” twice while washing will ensure you’ve scrubbed for 20 seconds! 🧼🦷
