Another topic Iβm passionate about besides health: sustainability and leaving a smaller carbon footprint on this earth. π£π
Decided to subscribe to and totally eliminate the waste of plastic toothpaste tubes for good! These little toothpaste tablets come in a glass container thatβs infinitely recyclable and are made with clean, nontoxic ingredients... which is such a win-win in my book. I also love how incredibly convenient these little things will be on camping trips.
And nope. Iβm not sponsored by this company at all.. I just love sharing the products I love with the purpose to educate others and show that the way we change the world is by our everyday choices!

Loaded this salad up with some romaine lettuce, grilled chicken thighs, goat cheese crumbles, avocado, plantain croutons, and hard boiled egg topped with everything bagel seasoning. My latest obsessed has been these dressings, especially this ranch! Love that theyβre made with whole ingredients and never any preservatives.

I seriously love this brand!! makes amazing grain free, vegan friendly products that are made with real ingredients and taste AMAZING! is a go-to brand for me when making home cooked Mexican food.
They have a range of products such as grain free tortillas, sauces, cookies, chips, and quesos. I have tried most of their products, and I can honestly say there isnβt a product yet that I donβt like. Iβm not even sponsored by them, I just love promoting brands I truly love. π
Have you tried any of the products?! If so, which one is your favorite? Let me know below! ππΌ
π± CBD FOR INFLAMMATION & GUT HEALTH π±
CBD has definitely become a popular supplement on the market these days. And for good reason!
Studies on CBD have been shown to help with certain ailments such as:
+ relieving pain
+ naturally reducing anxiety and depression
+ helping with sleep
+ improving gut health as a probiotic (when taken in low doses)
+ healing inflammation
+ soothing an upset stomach
+ restoring normal intestinal motility
But CBD can be hard for some people to digest, which means it can actually be HARMFUL to the digestive system for some. Pretty common side effects of taking CBD in larger doses or in someone who has a sensitive stomach (whether in pill form or liquid) can cause nausea, upset stomach, vomiting, and even causing leaky gut.
As with any supplement, do your research and listen to your body. Always take the recommended dose and start small. I love recommending CBD to clients and anyone who is looking for an holistic way to help with their gut health and calming inflammation.
What are your thoughts on CBD? Have you ever tried it? Let me know in the comments of your experience taking CBD. π
