In business since 1992, Brenda’s Catering is owned and operated by Brenda Smock, and centrally located 10 miles north of Mineral Wells and Weatherford. A few years ago, the business was moved from Breckenridge to Brenda’s home in the country. While in Breckenridge, she operated a catering facility that would accommodate 150 to 175 people. Parker County Chamber of Commerce knows how to host a Gala!! It was absolutely beautiful and everyone showed up, full house at their annual banquet!!
We had the honor of catering the meal for 330 guest and the help of some wonderful high school kiddos from Aledo and TCA!!

Brenda’s Catering was the highlight of our wedding, and is the most frequent compliment we get about the wedding. People could not stop talking about her food! She was incredible, great to work with, and could do absolutely whatever food we wanted! She did a humongous meal for over 200 people for us, two different desserts, AND a coffee and hot chocolate bar with loads of toppings. She went above and beyond, giving us more than we asked for, adding details to make the dessert and drinks bars look beautiful and nice. People couldn’t stop raving about Brenda! She is the best!
