3 more oak trees have been planted in our neighborhood, as part of our tree canopy restoration program. If you have a space in your right of way ( the space between the curb and the street) and would like one, please message me soon. As we head into the warm months, it is not the best time to plant tree.

The wonderful side benefit to our community yard sale was getting to meet and spend time with all of neighbors. We had an author signing novels, a musician playing guitar and driveway get togethers.

On Friday, The Fitzpatrick’s got an early start to the Community Garage sale. Quite a few people showed up, and while they shopped, they were informed of our Saturday neighborhood wide event.
Some residents have asked, who will be the internet provider, once fiber cable installation is complete?
After talking with the Century Link representative on site, he informed me it will be https://www.quantumfiber.com.
Availability is estimated to be sometime in March , if you are interested in the service.
The installation of the fiber optic cable has caused some damage
to homeowners irrigation systems throughout the neighborhood. If you are one of those residents, please contact Moises Padron and he will schedule the needed repairs.

The installation of the fiber has begun. The crews are installing it for Muzante Court as of Friday afternoon

Another two Live Oaks have been planted as part of our tree canapy renewal program. A lesson learned while trying to install these trees, is that the trees removed by the county this year, did not have their roots ground very deep.
