So much going on at the Island Beadery Co! A huge selection of jewelry is being uploaded this week! I have been working day and night to get everything ready to upload but the weather is wreaking havoc! I photograph my jewelry outside using natural light and the rain has been relentless! But I’m not letting it hold me back! (too much 😅).

Well here in sunny South Florida we don’t transition much between the seasons but Fall brings us decidedly cooler temperatures and I for one love the darker, warmer tones that come with it. The burnt oranges, plums, deeper blues and darker reds. Here’s one last post for those who love it cooler. Next week our website will be filled with Fall colors and new items in preparation for the Holiday season so stay tuned!

I have been drawn recently to create jewelry that reflect my religious nature. More so than usual. 2020 was a rough year in so many ways but 2021 appears as if it too will test my resolve. This medallion has the Lord’s Prayer (Our Father)on the back in English. As soon as I saw them I knew I had to have one. But fear not, there will be others available on the website this week.
