Dropped off more stuff at the Farm!

Hello out there, and happy Thanksgiving!

Things have been a-changing over here. Long story short, I have a new job and my hours are longer now that I have to leave the house to go to work. I definitely do not have as much time as I'd like to devote to my creations, and I'm not able to maintain the volume I had before. Unfortunately, after this round of orders I am fulfilling, I will no longer be taking specific orders. I just don't have the time.
That being said, I am still doing my best to make what I can, and come up with some new creations! I still have my spot over at Our Kids Farm,LLC, and I'll still be posting my little guys.

It's that time of year! It's time for blankets! And there's still a bunch of pumpkins. Holiday/winter stuff is in the works. I have a few surprises in the works as well. The 2nd floor of the store at Our Kids Farm,LLC is undergoing a transformation, and Wendee is adding so many new vendors. If you haven't been to the Farm in a while, it's definitely time for a visit!

It's getting to be about that time...another Day at the Farm! I can't believe how quickly the summer went!

Come see me on the 25th at Our Kids Farm,LLC . I have to move some blankets, so I will be selling them SUPER marked down. This will also include chunky blankets because they take up a ton of room! I will also have some Halloween items, pumpkins of all kinds, and some other odds and ends.

It's that time of year! The crisp air, the lattes, the pumpkins! I've been busy at work making the symbol of the season. These are all in various stages of completion, mostly just waiting on stems. I will also be making some non-traditional colors. Pricing will be pretty low, but I need to do the math still. As always, they will end up at Our Kids Farm,LLC!

Our house has been down and out for the last week - thanks covid! Both my husband and I have been sick, but Daryl definitely got the worst of it. We're both on the mend, but it's gonna take him a little longer.

In the mean time, I've been working on a few animals, prepping for fall fairs, and looking ahead to Christmas. Wait, did I say Christmas?!?!. I did. Unfortunately, I have a full time job that pays the bills, so I have to plan kind of far in advance. So I'm accepting orders for the holidays now!

I have been tinkering with some new patterns and types of yarn, so I'll be posting some new stuff soon. In the mean time, stay healthy!

Getting ready for A Day at the Farm! I have some fun new inventory, with a bunch of new animals. And coming soon - gnomes!!! I actually wrote out my own pattern, and I'm excited to debut them soon! I start work again tomorrow 👎so I won't have as much time to devote as I have recently. But maybe that's a good thing. I see yarn every time I close my eyes!

A little update from BarnYarn land. My surgery went well, but recovery has not been super fun so far. I have had time to create, and with Easter coming up, I have made some pretty dang cute little Easter guys. I also put together some Easter baskets that are ready to go, no wrapping required! All were dropped off Our Kids Farm,LLC this morning. There are more on the way, but I need a nap first, lol.

I made this blanket out of velvet yarn, just because it was so soft. Added bonus - it's a weighted blanket! I didn't believe until I used it last night, but it is amazing. Now...to keep the kitties off...

Good morning!

Just a little update on the next few weeks.

I'm have back surgery (finally!)in about a week. I will be out of commission for a few weeks, but I will be back! I will be out of work for a few weeks, so I have plans to work on a lot of things BarnYarn! For now, I'm dropping off a few Easter animals today, with plans to bring more once I'm cleared for car rides.

Here's a little sneak peak at my easter guys, I will be heading to Our Kids Farm later this morning to drop them off.

Changes at the Farm! Wendee is moving everything around upstairs and downstairs. It's a work in progress, and I know it will look awesome when she's done. I did drop off a few more animals, and there are more on the way!
