from Mayo Clinic's website: Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a disorder that causes inflammation and bleeding in the small blood vessels in your skin, joints, intestines and kidneys. Henoch-Schonlein purura can also cause abdominal pain and aching joints. My experience with this condition consisted of moderate to severe pain in my legs and feet. Being an active child on a farm, I loved to play a variety of sports and compete in any physical activity. Participating in these activities resulted in pain that was often hard to deal with being a young kid. This went on for years and I began to get accustomed having to "pay to play" so to speak. If I was going to play basketball or football, I was going to be hurting that afternoon/night. We tried several remedies to help with the pain with little success (no drugs, thank god), then my mother heard about a product called OPC-3. It has helped so much that 18+ years later I am still taking it daily. OPC-3 has allowed me to do the things I enjoy without having to "pay" for it later.
