Affordable Window Cleaning & Home Maintenance Serving Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, and Post Falls

Immediate opening! Main job responsibilities include roof and gutter cleanings, pressure and soft washing, window cleaning, teamwork, and customer service. Must be comfortable working at heights, have experience working on roofs, detailed, timely, reliable, and able to lift 50 lbs. regularly. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. $14-$18 DOE with advancement opportunities.

Seeking professional, detail oriented, team members with the physical ability to lift and place ladders, work on roofs, maintain a fast pace for long periods of time, and that enjoy working with others.

Main job responsibilities include:
• Window cleaning
• Roof & gutter cleaning
• Power washing
• Vent cleaning
• Customer service
• Teamwork

Minimum job requirements include:
• The physical ability to complete required tasks (lifting to 50 lbs., bending,
balancing, climbing)
• Being comfortable working at heights
• Being punctual and reliable
• Possess a willingness to learn
• Enjoy working in the elements

Ideal candidate may also have:
• Recent professional experience in one or more (or similar) fields:
janitorial/grounds keeping/general labor/window cleaning/roofing
• A working knowledge of small motors
• Experience pulling and maneuvering trailers
• Current driver’s license & clean driving record (insurable)
• Problem solving skills

Company offers:
• Competitive pay w/training available
>$16/hr. (meets minimum job requirements)
>$16-$18/hr. (meets minimum job requirements plus some experience)
>$18-$23/hr. (meets minimum job requirements, experienced, fully trained)
>$23/hr. + (leadership potential after first full year)
• Scheduling
>Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm (average)
>Most Fridays, weekends, and major holidays off
>Full time and part time available
• Paid holidays and vacation after 1 year
• Overtime and bonuses (peak seasons)
