Set your goals on Sunday for the week ahead...be sure to write them down in your date book, on your cell, or on a post in and tape it to the fridge or bathroom mirror! By keeping your goals in sight AND scheduling them in as you would a doctor or dentist apt, you are more likely to succeed! Make them doable and don't over do. On the following Sunday, assess how you did, and make adjustments as necessary. Remember, progress not perfection!

Am I on the path to Good Health?
Start by asking yourself a few questions:

Is my health improving every day?
Are my daily habits creating greater health and vibrancy, or are they draining my battery and putting me on an accelerating path toward disease?
Am I already in a non-stick or sick state?

Your answers will tell you whether you’re on the path toward illness or toward health. What if you find that you’re already on the path to disease? Is it too late for you?

Not at all. Even if you’ve tried time and again to eat healthier, lose weight, be active and create good health—only to fail—your future is far from determined!

You can change your path. And best of all, you don’t even need to believe that obtaining optimal health is possible.

You just need to make the decision, take the right actions, begin to adopt new healthy habits, and then build momentum!

" I will drink 64 ounces of water every day this week...no matter what!" I will walk on the treadmill 10 minutes 3 times this week. "
