I’ve never been great with words, but I realized I don’t have to have some profound statement to say thank you.
THANK YOU to all my Batter and Baked customers for supporting my business. These past four years have been absolutely incredible. I’ve learned so much on the road to entrepreneurship and have met such amazing people on this journey. This business wouldn’t have been possible without the support of family, friends and the community we lived in. I hope you all enjoyed eating your desserts as much as I enjoyed creating them for you.
This move is exciting and so bittersweet. I don’t know what the future holds for Batter and Baked yet, but I know I won’t ever stop baking. We might be on pause for now, but not forever.

Today official marks the first day of maternity leave. Baby Randall has 8 weeks left to bake and I’m feeling the crunch to get ready.
Don’t worry, I’ll be back sometime early Fall. Thanks for all your support and I can’t wait to start baking for y’all this fall.

Hi! My name is Alexis Morgan Randall and I am the owner and BOSS LADY of Batter and Baked. I love all things cake and basically consider myself to be a walking sweet tooth!
Baking has been a hobby, a passion and a love I’ve had for over 20 years. Growing up, I loved baking with my dad. Any time he was making a cake, I would pop in the kitchen as he was taking the cakes out of the pan and he would hand me the cake pans that head left over cake. I remember scraping every last bit of cake I could get from the sides of the pan. :)
In 2018, with the encouragement of my loving (now husband) , I decided to make it official and form Batter and Baked, LLC! Batter and Baked specializes in delicious custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies. My tasty and artistic creations will enhance any occasion you are hosting.
