Artisan pizza created in a wood fired oven with the freshest local ingredients. Pizzas cook in 90 s So, we start by hand making our dough every day.
We know that growing your own food and picking it fresh off the vine tastes much better than that same item you might buy from a store. That is why we source our produce, meats, cheeses, and toppings locally to ensure we have the highest quality ingredients around. We work with local farms and support our community to help grow area businesses and jobs. Our tomato sauce is made on site, you guesse

Here’s the real deal! Actual competition pizza and presentation to the judges. I was the first pizza these judges had this morning.

I didn’t win; I’ll get judges feedback emailed in a couple weeks!

Judges getting ready!
Yup. It’s been a while. And it’s time. I last compete in 2019…. Good grief, some of us are getting old.
And here it is, time again for the International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas.
Today is a competitor meeting. Tuesday the baking starts. I’ll be baking a margherita on Thursday morning! Lots of action to be posted throughout the week.
I’m the top center of the picture is the oven I’ll probably use. It’s pretty close to baking on the truck!
