Before I launched Fed, I ate whatever I wanted. I had my first baby and 6 months postpartum I decided It was time to lose weight (far left pic).

So then I went on a VERY STRICT DIET (middle pic). Yes I looked awesome but my diet was SO restrictive that I often felt like I was missing out on everything!

Fast forward to now (far right pic) where I eat 1-2 fed meals a day and then the rest of the meals are healthy meals at home, and about 2 protein snacks a day. I am NOT on a strict diet and having Fed meals stocked in my fridge weekly helps me cut down the time it takes to meal prep.

I am a product of my product. I believe in what we do at Fed Kitchen. It’s my passion to help others feel better and reach their goals without restrictive dieting 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
