WINTER DRIVING SAFETY TIPS
As the winter weather is upon us please remember to bring out your winter driving skills:
- Slow your speed, even a well salted road can freeze over again in windy conditions.
- Remember elevated roadways can freeze up before regular roads, be careful driving on the off-ramps and on-ramps to elevated roads too.
- Be mindful of other vehicles and pedestrians, yield the right of way if necessaryโฆitโs always better to arrive safely to your destination even if youโre a little late.
- Obey traffic signals and signs and be careful at intersections.
