Do Good Feel Great Friday! TGIF Folks! Ruby and I had the pleasure of dropping off this nice check and meeting Liz McGrail in all of this pooring rain!!! We had a nice chat about how special her mom really was and the success of this years 5k. Its been nearly 14 years since her Mom has passed and she along with many others have helped keep her spirit remembered. To be a part of this great community means so much! Rememebr you have till tomorrow to STILL sign up for a virtual 5k that can be completed anywhere in the world! YOU TOO can use and help!

Mom Mcgrail Foundation hosts a in-person and Virtual race 1st weekend in August every year to raise money to award our local High School Seniors Scholarships towards higher education.

Here we care about the future of our community and are always looking for ways to make brighter!

After the race many local vendors will be setting up and sharing all the goods 11-4 followed by late afternoon/evening Community Block Party at Veteran’s Park in Stamford. Stop by our Wellness Tent after the race where I will be next to and Headwaters Arts Center across the street from and offering a choice of Dynamic Table Massage and stretch, Sport Cupping, or Chair massage to alleiviate all your aches and pains from this busy summer!

$ Donations towards massage will be added up and a check will be awarded to shcolarship fund!

Wellness booth will also include many wellness tools such as one of my all time favorites !

I will be providing demos, and how-to’s to keep you feeling your best! So stop on by and say Hello!

We have had a bit of a shake up during last night’s squall that past through and knocked a tree branch down and our Electric and internet line broke off of the house!

Thank goodness we were home! My spa almost got burnt down! I had a few too many things plugged in the wrong order and a power block sparked into mini flames!

We are allllll safe and it was very minor but BOY I got a lesson in how it should be set up. John is on way to get all the proper gear and I will share proper set up so this may never happen to another Massage Therapist’s office… BC We Always have more things to plug in!!!

I’ll share pics later, but for now nothing but pleasing colors of all things garden grown with love…. cuz why not share a bit of love.

This was the first time I brought my hand made items to display for sale while also offering amazing results chair massage. I have to say it was so much fun to see daughter and mom duos pick out their own favorites and opt to put them on right away so they can be “Twinsies!” To see your “Busy hand art” being warn with glee…My heart is FULL!!! the Great Outdoor Expo brings together so many wonderful organizations and local craft goods that it’s really a great way to find out super cool ideas for how to get outside and enjoy! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Beth from enjoyed getting out and and meeting so many interesting folks!

I went out to the garden for some good “Dirt Church”. I was gifted a sight to behold-A tiny (Mole/vole/small creature’s) pelvis with a perfectly intact sacrum! Shining like a white pearl under a rock, it was the only bone fragments I found under there. Interesting, and made me take a time out to enjoy its like-ness to our human sacrums. (This is the area we sit, stand, and use muscles to run with. All of those holes are designed strategically for nerves, and blood vessels to travel through. Very cool. 😎. Then, after a fab class I met my Mom in and helped her load up one full subaru and truck load of great Free aged woodchips for her BOUNTIFUL flower gardens! I filled our truck back up on the way home and had happy mulching all weekend long! I know what my mom wants for Mother’s Day! More Wood Chips-AND a Massage! Ha!

My heart is full! You guys Rocked it this year!
