Life is too short to eat boring food all the time! I was standing in line and a gentlman looked in my shopping cart and asked questions about some of the ingredients. After telling him what the items were, he said..."I like to play it safe when I go out to eat. I eat order Chicken Tenders or whatever grilled chicken that is on the menu". I looked at him in surprise and asked..."do you have any food allergies?" He said "No, I just don't like taking the risks with different foods!" I thought to myself...."Wow! That sounds really boring!" (Now, my face might have shown it but I promise I didn't say it out loud) He was missing out on all of the bursts of flavors that you can enjoy from Scallop Ceviche or Baja Fish Tacos The rich deep flavors of Braised Beef Short Ribs or Osso Bucco! Crispy Pork Belly...Seafood Paella...Fresh Red Snapper...Creamy Lobster Newburg or Oysters Rockefeller. Man...even the comforting flavors of a classic Beef Ragu , Shrimp Scampi, Tikka Massala, Pulled Pork or Gumbo from an authentic mom & pop shop.
