Tricky Project in Hoboken NJ
All materials for this project; wall blocks, pavers, gravel, decorative stone, topsoil, plants, mulch, etc. were brought through a front window and out the back door.
Adding to the confusion was the lack of parking to unload materials and equipment and a client who thought himself to be a Soprano Jr Wise Guy. We got it done but….

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO …
A landscape plan is a necessary part of the design process. In addition to adding great beauty to the property, a plan will help tremendously with the functionality and flow of the property.
In this plan, we were able to convert a side property into a secluded space which flowed into the small backyard.
We were also able to plan for the playground to be behind the house. This small space was a perfect fit for the playground area.
